Kemeneg PPN in performing their duties using organizational units of the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas). Minister PPN is also State Minister and the Head of Bappenas.
Duty and Function of Bappenas described in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 4 and No. 5 of 2002 on the organization and working procedures of the Office of State Minister for National Development Planning / National Development Planning Agency, the main duty and function is reflected in the organizational structure, process of implementation of national development planning, and composition of human resources and educational background. In performing its duties, the Head of Bappenas assisted by Home Secretary, Expert Staff and Main Inspectorate, and 7 deputies each in charge of specific areas.
National Development Planning Agency (BAPPENAS) is a government agency that has the main task to plan national development planning, monitoring and controlling, and evaluating its implementation.
The Directorate of Politic and Communication of the Ministry of National Development Planning / BAPPENAS opens career opportunities for non Civil Servant (PNS) or TNI / POLRI personnel to become Expert and Surveyor, with the qualifications as follow:

Expert the Study of Representative Institution Role in Democracy in Indonesia

Qualifications

  • Minimum Master's degree in Socio-Politics (preferably Political Science) from higher education institution with accreditation grade A
  • Not registered as a Civil Servant (PNS) or TNI / POLRI personnel
  • Have good writing and analysis skills (please attach published article example)
  • Have minimum 5 (five) years expertise and work experience within the relevant research scope (study / policypaper) and public policy analysis
  • Able to cooperate in team, and have good communication skill
  • Preferably researchers who have work experience with government agency / development partner / NGO
  • Have high mobility in completing tasks as an expert

Expert Assistant (Surveyor) the Study of Representative Institution Role in Democracy in Indonesia

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Socio-Politics (preferably Political Science)
  • Not registered as a Civil Servant (PNS) or TNI / POLRI personnel
  • Able to collect data and information independently, comprehensively, in accordance with what is needed to support the study
  • Able to coordinate effectively with government institution, representative institution, private sector, CSO, mass media, academic, and the general public
  • Having good analytical skill and writing capacity

Expert the Review of Synergy Implementation Between Ministries / Institutions on Counter-Terrorism

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from from higher education institution with accreditation grade A
  • Having the ability to write, express concept and idea and strong analysis in the public policy field
  • Have minimum 5 years expertise and work experience in relevant research (policy paper) and public policy analysis
  • Able to work individually and in team, have high commitment and able to communicate well
  • Preferably those who have work experience with government agency / development partner / NGO

Surveyor the Review of Synergy Implementation Between Ministries / Institutions on Counter-Terrorism

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Political / Social
  • Able to collect data and information independently or in team, comprehensively, and according to the need to support the study
