Jenius Service Point Staff

Responsibilities

You will be responsible to:

  • Educate customer of the Digital Banking product and features
  • Provide assistance to customer to do transaction through Digital Banking applications
  • Sell Digital Banking product to walk in customer
  • Support event in the branch in coordination with our band sales
  • Handle complain through Customer Relation Management
  • Handle emergency cases

Requirements

Are you the right candidate?

  • Min D3 all major with GPA min 2.75
  • Male / female, max 35 years old
  • Having 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service but fresh graduates are welcome
  • Communicative and attractive
  • Well communicated in English
  • Familiar with smart phone, technologies, and applications
  • Work in Bandung
