Job Description

Teller

  • Receive and serve customer financial transactions, both cash and non-cash, in accordance with applicable systems and procedures, supported by services that comply with specified standards while still paying attention to the principles of prudence and service excellence.

Customer Service

  • Serve customers and prospective customers by providing information and assisting with transactions for BTPN products and services in accordance with applicable service standards.
  • Inviting customers and potential customers to use BTPN products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints according to applicable systems and procedures.
  • Carry out administrative processes that occur from customer service transactions in accordance with applicable regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in all majors, minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar role or responsibility
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A customer-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of banking operations and product
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Fluent in English

Branch Service Manager

  • South Jakarta

Job Description

  • Carry out managerial functions, both financial and non-financial, in a responsible branch and ensure the implementation of operational and service processes in the branch in accordance with applicable provisions and procedures, including handling customer complaints or problems related to the branch.
  • SLAs: fulfillment of transaction service levels based on agreed service standards and service times.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operational activities in the branch comply with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and ensure the readiness of facilities and infrastructure in the branch, and implement a neat and clean culture.
  • Helping branch business growth by achieving sales targets set for the operations team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in all majors minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale
  • 5 years of working experience in similar role or responsibility
  • Pleasant personality and good communication & presentation skill
  • Strong leadership and able to build & lead a loyal team
  • Deep understanding of banking product knowledge
  • High optimism to drive result and provide solution for problems in branch
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Fluent in English

Branch Authorizer

  • South Jakarta

Job Description

  • Carrying out the check and validation function of cash transaction input by the teller as well as monitoring operations and services at the front end, both cash counters and non-cash counters

Minimum Qualifications

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in all majors minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar role or responsibility
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High motivated individual with skill to develop team member to achieve performance expectations
  • Have a strong product knowledge
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Fluent in English
